We strive for the best results for each property we protest.  We are confident we can get a tax reduction for every property because the Appraisal District uses a “mass appraisal” system to appraise property for taxable value.  However, at Buena Vista Management Co. we research, analyze and perform for each property we represent on an “individual” basis to ensure the best results for our clients.  The Appraisal District uses this mass appraisal system because it is the only way place a value on the roughly 1.4 million real properties in Harris County (not including business personal property accounts) every year.  However, we know each property is unique in its own right and therefore much be analyzed on an individual basis.  We are familiar with the entire hearing process including the appraisers and the Appraisal Review Board.
