Henry Morales, President and Principal Broker

Henry has over 30 years experience as a real estate broker in Houston in both residential and commercial real estate.  He founded Buena Vista Management Co. in 1990 to focus more on the commercial side of the business.  Later that year Henry was contacted by investors out of California who purchased a 44,000 S/F shopping center with a 20% occupancy rate at an auction.  Henry successfully leased out the dying center to 100% occupancy.  He then sold off the center to investors out of New York at over 4 times the original purchase price.  Thus began a successful career in commercial investment real estate.  Henry is experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate.  Henry is fluent in Spanish.    

Henry graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.  He was a member of the Corps of Cadets.  Upon graduation, he was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army achieving the rank of Captain before leaving the Army to pursue a career in real estate.  He has been licensed as a real estate broker since 1979 and has a property tax consultant license.  He has a wife and 3 grown children.  Henry enjoys hunting, fly-fishing and other recreational activities.

Danny Morales, Vice-President and Associate Broker

Danny joined Buena Vista Management Co. in 2006.  He has immersed himself in the commercial side of the business in all the fields: industrial, land, office and retail.  He also has been very successful in protesting residential and commercial properties.  He is currently working on his CCIM designation, a prestigious designation for commercial real estate brokers, which he hopes to earn as soon as possible.  He is also a member of the Gulf Coast Chapter of CCIM, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and the 100 Club

Danny graduated high school from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory and then graduated college from Texas A&M University in College Station in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in History and a Minor in Business Administration after studying abroad in Europe with Texas A&M University for 6 weeks.  He has both a real estate broker's license and property tax consultant license.  Danny enjoys volunteering with his former high school, golfing and attending Houston Rockets and Houston Texans games.
